My son went into the P/M brace a couple of weeks ago and his heel

does the same thing. It's perfectly normal for the heel to not lie

completely flat in the shoe (this is only true for the P/Ms) for a

few weeks, even a month or so. Do your best to get it as far down as

possible and if it goes up a little, that's ok. The heel will

eventually come down in the shoe with time.
