Guest guest
I know this has been addressed in the past but I don't ever remember seeing anything that would work for cookies and icings....My son cannot have soy, canola or caseine so can't use margarine subs. I have tried coconut butter in icing and cookies but did not like the result. I have tried ghee but think that my son is still getting caseine from it (home-made). I know that Mother's margarine is said to make soy-free margarine at passover but I have never been able to find it and I can't wait 'til then anyway. Anyone know how to make your own margarine out of an acceptable oil? Any suggestions/ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Rosie
