I just made these, too. They turned out awesome. The instructions said to

use a heavy duty mixer (which I don't have), so I used my food

processor...and they turned out great. Some I made with animal cookie

cutters and then I also made some small round cookies that resemble the

shape of a vanilla wafer. That was a biggie around here, my son is always

trying to get the vanilla wafers that his NT sister eats (literally cries

for them...it's so sad), so this is a great alternative. Thanks to Miss

Roben's (Jay) if your out there in email land!!!!!

P.S. This is really a great mix that is not only GF/CF but also egg, corn,

nuts and soy free, too. How funny that a cookie recipe can make me so happy

:o)
