Guest guest
I just made these, too. They turned out awesome. The instructions said to use a heavy duty mixer (which I don't have), so I used my food processor...and they turned out great. Some I made with animal cookie cutters and then I also made some small round cookies that resemble the shape of a vanilla wafer. That was a biggie around here, my son is always trying to get the vanilla wafers that his NT sister eats (literally cries for them...it's so sad), so this is a great alternative. Thanks to Miss Roben's (Jay) if your out there in email land!!!!! Elsie (in Texas) P.S. This is really a great mix that is not only GF/CF but also egg, corn, nuts and soy free, too. How funny that a cookie recipe can make me so happy ) Re: Animal Crackers > Hi, > > I just made the Miss Roben's Animal Cookies yesterday and they are > great!!
