Guest guest
I know you can buy a special DariFree mixing contraption. A friend of mine has it. It's kind of like a pump you push up and down inside a plastic container. However, I never bought one and found that if I mix the water and powder then set it in the fridge, a few hours later (or overnight) I can give a good shake and all is well-mixed. I do give another shake every time I use it, but it mixes easily then. Debbie
Guest guest
Will Dari-Free separate over time in the refrigerator? Yes but you can just remix it and use. Also, when cooking with it, do you blend it, dilute it as normal, and measure out the same quantity as milk, or add it as a powder, or do something else with it? It depends on the recipe how to use it. It should say whether to rehydrate first or use as powder. Jay
