I don't know if this helps, but I use Rhino Calci-Yums by Nutrition Now. They

look like salt water taffy and taste like them. I always taste things first.

Anyway, they are gfcf, according to the company, but they do not contain any

magnesium. This is what they contain per chew: 500 mg of calcium (50%RDA), 100

IU Vitamin D-3 (25%), 400 mcg Vitamin K-1 (50%). Other ingredients are;

evaporated cane juice, coconut oil, citic acid, soy lecithin and colored with

PAULA
