Ok..this recipe looks good..Now I have a couple questions about it..

Where can I find this stuff??

3/4 cup sorghum flour

1/4 cup tapioca flour

1/2 cup quinoa flour

1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum.

Walmart SuperCenter?? a local health food store or do I have to buy it off

the net?? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Sue..

I get sorghum(jowar) at an Indian store. $3.99 for 4 lbs

I get tapioca starch from an Asian market-so inexpensive even I don't

remember the price. I think .33 for a pound.

I order guar gum(it's cheaper than xanthan and most feel it is the

same)from glutensolutions.com.

Keep in mind....I am the one who recommended Duncan Hines Icing for

the birthday cake. OOPS! Sorry.
