Guest guest
I get sorghum(jowar) at an Indian store. $3.99 for 4 lbs I get tapioca starch from an Asian market-so inexpensive even I don't remember the price. I think .33 for a pound. I order guar gum(it's cheaper than xanthan and most feel it is the same)from glutensolutions.com. Keep in mind....I am the one who recommended Duncan Hines Icing for the birthday cake. OOPS! Sorry.
