Guest guest
On the yeast free diet in Dr. Semons book one of the first things you take away is chocolate. SO does this mean my son can not have even the soy chocolate chips in those pre mixes? I got some of the chocolate chips from Walmart too thinking I could make him things with them and now I guess I should not feed him anything like that right????? Is anyone following that diet at all. We are trying to do at least phase 1 of it and then also the gfcf and low sugar. Cause Gavin is allerigic to yeast.
Guest guest
Yes, chocolate is definately a no, no on the diet. Completely soy chips should be ok, as long as the bag does not list chocolate anywhere on the label. Regular semi sweet chocolate is out! You could make him desserts using cocoa, perhaps a pound cake or cookies. I found the diet much more restrictive than gfcf. My son was on it for over 6 months. a - Peoria Illinois mom to Alec 7, 5.3 (ASD), 3.5 >>>>>>>.On the yeast free diet in Dr. Semons book one of the first things you take away is chocolate.
