Thank you for the feedback. IT makes such a difference, and it's as basic medicine (101) it gets-- but since it is so basic, it's often overlooked.

I'm one who can't take the water pills-- without ending up in absolute pain hell. Any electrolyte imbalance is magnified when you have systemic inflammation going on.

So what is your MD going to do with this issue -- what did he recommend to you to keep your hydration and water retention in balance?
