Guest guest
OK, the following was posted on another GFCF site I am on: " No, I am afraid not. Gluten free means exactly that. Gluten is only one part of the grain. It must be wheat free too. This is why I keep banging on that GFCF is a misnomer. It misleads people as to the exclusions on the diet. It is the entirely FREE from wheat, rye, oats, barley, mammalian milks and all their derivatives diet. Including wheat starch. " Is this true? I have been GFCF for over 16 months and I knew it as if it says gluten free then it is, but now I went and looked at some of my products and it says " gluten free- wheat free- etc.free " . So then why would they mention both? LISA LEWIS are you out there? Please answer this one!!
