Guest guest
Hi all, I've been reading your posts on diahrea, fats and protein for quite a while....I'm confused and concerned about HOW you limit your fats to avoid diahrea (as some say), when you have to get protein in, which usuallycontains fats (at least beef, chicken and turkey all contain some fat). Also, you do NEED some fats --so how do get them in, when you are so malabsorped? Also, I am wondering if there is a relationship between 1) the amount of weight you need to lose and the recovery from excessive diahrea, or 2) your age. I really need to hear back that this is not a lifelong problem because with all the talk about it I am starting to have second thoughts about rerouting all my plumbing...even though I need to get the weight off, this is a really important issue to me.... Thanks so much. _________________________________________________________
