Hi - guess what - my 10% weight loss goal is 27 lbs as well

(I am 5'7 " )!!

My PCP did a whole bunch of labs before she sent in the referral.

I am still having my morning Latte " fix " from Starbucks (now only a

tall and of course nonfat) and will switch to decaf in another 1.5

weeks. I am now ordering it " extra hot " so the drink will last

longer. Since I am allowed 2 milks servings a day as part of the

1200 calorie plan, I will continue to count this as part of my milk

servings until I stop losing weight. I also had to give up my

daily " Classic Coffee Cake " (yes - this was my breakfast..).

During the Richmond Orientation - Liz, the case manager, made it

clear that our official weight is documented on the day of

Orientation - so please make sure you double check this with the

Bariatric Department if you end up going through Richmond.

Have a nice evening!
