Guest guest
Our night last night was better, with not waking as much or seeming as restless. She still was up 4-5 times (don't really recall since we are co-sleeping so I just nurse her when she wakes up and don't even look at the clock). Still, it was an improvement. She still gets mad at not being able to put her legs together, particularly when I am rocking her to sleep and sometimes when nursing. I remeasured the bar length (the correct way, from the middle of one heel to the middle of the other from the screws), and it is 8 inches. I think this is the shortest bar that comes with the shoes since it is on the shortest setting. Longer did seem to make her even madder so I think this is the right length for us. Since her foot is still a bit red on the side and on her crazy big toe, I wrapped her foot in soft gauze (casting gauze) to see if that helps. She has sensitive skin so I think bandaids will irritate it. We are already dealing with a whole body eczema case and I don't want to do anything else to irritate her skin. Poor !
