Grant update (OT)

I just wanted to let you know Grant's surgery went well, but he's in the

hospital. He was a pretty sick boy yesterday, but he's doing better

finally. I think he had a complication from the surgery, but that's not being

confirmed. He had a urethral stricture valve resection (fairly minor), but he

stopped voiding (his bladder sphincter started spasming is what's been

decided). He started vomiting and became dehydrated, but he's been

catheterized and IV'd and all kinds of fun stuff, and he's back to happy boy

for the most part! We're still in here, though, until cultures come back

tomorrow. I need to go feed him now, but I thought I'd send a quick update.
