To use the calculator that goes with the BMI chart, replace my name with your name and my current wegith and height with yours. Your current BMI, Post-op BMI and post-op weight should be automatically calculated. I have been in contact with Dr. K, and he will be incorporating much of my work along with his own into an appeal for his BC/BS patients. He should be finishing his letter soon, and I will review it. I think that the issue is substantially identical to the one with Aetna, though BC gives different referecnces. Dr. K and I have swaped papers, so I have included some of the BC references as well. Dr. K is working hard for everyone on BC, so I am sure he will be succesful, though it may take time.
