Guest guest Posted September 8, 2001 Report Share Posted September 8, 2001 Hi I'm in the UK and have recently been given a box full of baking mix products made by the Gluten Free Pantry, Glastonbury, CT. Are these products generally OK for the diet? The one I'm looking at right now is the Country French Bread and Pizza mix. Ingredients: rice flour, potato starch, cornstarch, crystallized honey, guar gum, salt, packet of gluten free yeast. Seems fine. Does anyone know of any problems with these mixes?
