I am forwarding this from the clubfoot group-any users out

there who can help?

kathleen

I don't know which of you remember me...but my son had a very atypical

foot and my CERTIFIED doctor was not willing to listen to me. Finally

she did and we ordered the shoes and they are AMAZING!!!

However after 2 full months, today they RIPPED. Right at the hold in

the heel, just completely tore away and he took them off himself.

Any ideas on what I should do? I tried to call but he

does not answer. I want to know if there is a warranty of any sort.

Also the doctors won't see us till next Thursday(the 1st)and by then

my sons foot will have totally regressed back to square one. I am sick

over this..please help.

Tell her that indeed will replace whatever has broken. He's very good

about that. I'd have her keep trying to call and leave a message for Jean if

possible. She'll get back to her ASAP.
