At the beginning I found that if I didn't eat very slowly, I ate over the full

signal for my stomach. That is, by time I realized my stomach was full, I had

eaten at least 2 more fork fulls. Of course this caused pain and vomiting of the

extra.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean.

One of my pre-op problems was that I didn't recognize any fullness signal, so it

took quite a few months to learn it. Now I can eat at a normal speed and just

slow down when I get near to full.

Try eating slower.
