Guest guest
Absolutely Amy!!! I had terrible trouble sleeping right before my surgery. I think thats common for people to be that nervous no matter what kind of surgery you're having. Hang in there and soon you'll be smiling at the numbers on your scale. It's been months and sometimes I still can't believe that I've lost this much weight so far. As for the not being able to sleep, it seemed like it was taking forever right before my surgery but I just sorta waited it out and kept trying to think about the positive future I was going to have for a change. The thing is that people can have trouble sleeping from worrying but also from being excited and happy and getting wound up. I can't give any advice other than hang in there and before you know it you'll be on the 'losing side' Bridget Northam P.S. Maybe someone else on the board can give some good advice or has had their doctor recommend something . . .? > I hav been tossing and turning evry night for the past couple of > nights....
