Let me clarify for other Hawaii listmates that my " both " response

refers to an advocacy agency, not a state agency.

For listmates outside of Hawaii, as you may have read in the FEAT

newsletter, our DOE and DOH are in shambles and children are

suffering. Tomorrow there will be an important hearing at Federal

Court on the future of special ed in Hawaii. Please take a moment to

send kind thoughts or prayers our way. Our kids can use the support.
