Yet Another Shunt Revision 3 Weeks Post Revision Surgery!!

Well, fellow Chiareans ... here I go again: I have been scheduled to undergo yet another revision, as it seems that the line to the shunt in my abdomen is not functioning properly! I will be having surgery to correct this problem next Tuesday (04-20-10). I guess I should be used to this by now, but I hate hospitals and I hate going under!! I trust God and know that all will come out well; yet I do so hate being hospitalized. Pray that I will only be in for a short time this time. Since the problem is in my abdomen, I will require my abdomen to be opened once again. The good thing is that at least it's not the one near my brain -- I don't want to go bald again!! LOL! I underwent a nuclear scan this morning of my head and abdomen; so the one in my head is fine!I am looking

forward to my body and head not "jerking" anymore after the surgery. Don't you just hate it when your body will not be still?
