A little background for those that don't know. I started out at 429 two months

before surgery, dropped down to 396 the night before surgery. I lost down to a

low of 184. I started working out just moderatly and put on a little weight, up

to about 192 or so. I saw a little muscle and went nuts. Started doing some

research on bodybuilding, supplements and nutrition to bulk up. I added lot's of

carbs and I'm up to about 204-210 or so (I'm 6'4 " ). I haven't added any fat,

haven't gone up in pant sizes, but have added a great deal of muscle. Amazing to

see the pics. Anyway, now to my question. I was at work, eating last night, and

someone commented on how much I ate. I ate a pork chop, a coupla' ounces of

dressing and a medium sized salad with some chicken salad and three sugar free

cookies. Thinking about what I eat, on a normal basis ( I could get in an entire

bag of chips if I allowed myself), I'm wondering if something is wrong. I've

been told, by people that know other bypass patients, that I eat way more than

anyone else they know. I'm not concerend about gaining, (Well actually my mind

freak's everytime I get on the scale and it's gone up a few pounds) I know that

I look better now with all the muscle, if I could just convince my mind that

it's okay to eat the amounts I eat. I'm not so sure it is. My mom is about 13

years out and I think I can out eat her. Anyone else eat like this? Typically I

can eat an entire boneless chicken breast with some pasta, a small salad and a

few crackers.

Someone hit me up with a reply.

BTW: I'm updating my pics on the site that's got a recent muscle pic... I love

that pic...LOL...
