Guest guest
Hi everyone, I have just been on the phone with our orthotist here in Portland at Shriners and apparently there is a great need for parents to have the tips information in alternate languages. If anyone can help me, I would really love to be able to get the document translated to as many languages possible actually. For now, I am sure of Spanish and knowing the area I live in, Ukranian and/or Russian (aren't these different? We have many Ukranian people here in Portland I do know this) and Vietnamese Chinese, Korean... who knows. However if you have the ability, or know someone who does please contact me if able to help out. I am thrilled to report that I think I have finally gotten through to our Orthotist and he suggested that I come to Shriners and do an " In Service " with the Orthotists there. YES!!!! If I can give him something he can use with the parents he pointed out to me who I may not be able to help I may even get him to call me when he fits these kids and I can meet the parents there to help them know what to do. This could be huge for my area where compliance with the Ponseti Method is shoddy at best. Thank All in advance for any help you may be able to provide with this. Please email me for a copy of the latest draft of the Tips .PDF if you need it for any reason. Kori Rush Darbi's Mama
