So Donna I read your post and see all the different things you do and thought I

would share this. I just signed up for Tennis lessons all by myself. My daughter

was going to do it with me but she is scorekeeping on the same nights as the

lessons. I am nervous because it is so different for me but I am not afraid.

Before surgery I would have never thought of doing this in front of other people

now I am just nervous to show up to the first lesson but yet so excited. Hope

this makes since.

but I wanted to be 135. I made it to 138 to where my body likes me, have been

there for 6 months now. I just never started back to carbs, caffeine or sugar.

I really do the 3 meals a day, Protein, protein, protein with a little fruit,

veg's mainly. Drink all my water, take all my vitamins, and exercise no less

than 5 days a week. I do swim aerobics 3 nights a week, I ride my bicycle 1

night a week, I walk everyday to take my daycare children to play at the park

and I don't even count this, I do the elliptical 1 day or the treadmill, and

tonight I am in a 24 hour Relay for Life for cancer. I love being active now

that I not heavy any more and you have to find things you love. I get bored if

I do the same exercises so I do lots of things and it keeps me going and

smiling. You have to push yourself but you can make it

I felt the same way with the water aerobics, and getting back on a bicycle at 50 years young, but the more I do the more I like. I always invite a lot of people to do these things but schedules or whatever don't always work so I just decided I must do it anyways. Now it don't matter I just make new friends at the pool, where ever and that's fun too. You keep it up, I'm so proud of you.
