I have tons of recipes but haven't tried the others. I always use Dari-free. on Long Island New York (LJs mom) ^^^^^^^ & & & & & & & & & ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & ^ ************************************************************* These are fantastic!! I've got people who aren't even cfgf wanting this recipe! Since there is no rice flour, there is no gritty taste and they are super simple to make. in Ohio <It is a very simple recipe 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla (chocolate chips are optional) After mixing the ingredients, I make the dough into a roll and chill or freeze it. Slice when firm and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. They do not spread if you do this. I use Schudder's old fashioned peanut butter, the 26 oz jar and use 3 c. sugar, 3 eggs, and 3 t. vanilla. That size batch barely last a few days. I try and keep a roll in the freezer for emergencies.> ************** & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & **************************** & & & & & & & & & & & & & ************************ & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & & The are just plain and simply good! 1/4 cup oil 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs (not sure if replacer would work) 1/2 tsp vanilla, or 1/8 tsp vanilla bean pulp 1 cup flour sub (I used sorghum,tapioca,potato starch) 1/2 cup arrowroot flour 1 tsp guar gum (I use xanthum) 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp sea salt Mix oil and sugar together.
