Guest guest
My husband had a gastric bypass overseas. (He is a citizen of another country and had it done there.) but his doctor didn't give him any kind of diet to follow. The doc said he could eat anything he wanted, just smaller amounts. Well we know that that is incorrect, but don't know what he should be eating. His doctor here told him to go to a dietician, but the insurance won't cover that. Can someone give me some guidelines? He had the surgery one month ago.
