Alyssa--

How did you learn about bringing along a note? . . . just wondering how

'official' the note needs to be. I could probably get one from my

acupunturist/chiropractor but I don't know if I could get a note from an MD (my

gastroenter.). I would feel weird asking him because when I told him I was on

SCD he had no response. He didn't care enough to ask questions but didn't

discourage me either.
