Guest guest
Hi all, I'm Hyde and I had lap RNY on 6/11/02. I've lost 130 lbs. and am at goal. It's a lot harder know trying to maintain the weight loss. I allow myself a 5 lb spread from my goal weight and anytime I'm at the high end of the 5 lb. spread I start to freak. I'm a snacker, so therein lies my troubles. > Has anyone here read any books by Geneen Roth? If so, what do you > think of her philosophy/way of life as far as food goes?
