Guest guest Posted March 21, 2010 Report Share Posted March 21, 2010 Hi- I need to go on a vegetarian SCD (yogurt ok, but no eggs/meat/poultry/fish) for four days this week for religious reasons of my mother and remembrance of my dad, who passed away last year this time. Can someone please give suggestions on how I do this. I do not have time to cook all day -- going to be busy work week. I can do yogurt-fruit smoothies, vegetable curry/soup, and almond milk. But there's not enough protein or calories in this. I have not tried lentils or beans yet -- that's one option. Do you think I'll be ok doing this for four days without losing energy?
