Guest guest
hi, Pam, Tow possibilities: I use FAGE as starter and it turns out creamier, less tart than other starter I used. Also, another place to ferment without buying yogurt maker is your oven with the light bulb left on. Actually, I do have a hand-me-down yogurt maker. Nonetheless, have preferred the completely even heat of the oven light bulb. Hope you enjoy, Ruth Goat's Milk YogurtPosted by: " pam.weaver@... " pamweaver@... pam.weaver@... Mar 2, 2010 12:03 pm (PST) Okay, I'm going to try it! Any suggestions on doing homemade goat's milk yogurt? I've followed the recipe in SCD before, and it turned out fine....just a bit tart. Any solution to that? I want a rich, creamy yogurt. Can I get that with homemade? I'm doing it the heating pad method as I don't have a yogurt maker yet. Thanks!
