Guest guest
has always been good about replacing defective shoes but that doesn't do you any good for the immediate future - it takes a little time. I'd say use anything you can get - from duct tape to 2-part epoxy (bubble gum & bailing wire!) to fasten the shoe together enough to keep it functional. Once you get your replacement shoe might want you to send the broken one back but you can cross that bridge when you get to it. I've used an epoxy I bought at Wal-Mart I think in the paint department - it came in a seringe, like 2 seringes hooked together and you squeeze out the amount you want, mix them together and use. hope some of that helps you tonight. s. Fwd: My shoes RIPPED...What to do? I am forwarding this from the clubfoot group-any users out there who can help? kathleen I don't know which of you remember me...but my son had a very atypical foot and my CERTIFIED doctor was not willing to listen to me. Finally she did and we ordered the shoes and they are AMAZING!!! However after 2 full months, today they RIPPED. Right at the hold in the heel, just completely tore away and he took them off himself. Any ideas on what I should do? I tried to call but he does not answer. I want to know if there is a warranty of any sort. Also the doctors won't see us till next Thursday(the 1st)and by then my sons foot will have totally regressed back to square one. I am sick over this..please help. --- End forwarded message ---
