I had a bad reaction (hyper, very emotional) to the sorghum flour I

tried. I'm thinking that it may be linked to phenols, as someone

mentioned that sorghum is phenolic. Does anyone have a phenols list they

are willing to share? Also, a salicylates list? Thanks.
