Guest guest
When I was a kid, we grew peas in the garden. I loved grabbing a pod and eating the peas raw. Until recently, the only time I had peas were the fresh raw ones in salad bars (so yummy!). I just started eating the frozen ones, and was surprised that my gut seems to be okay with them, skins and all. My mom said she never liked brussel sprouts, but I told her that people say you need to cook them right. Well, she bought a batch of them to try, and now she buys more almost every week. It's funny how our tastebuds can change over time. Holly Crohn's SCD 12/01/08 > > > I don't like peas either.
