Guest guest Posted May 17, 2003 Report Share Posted May 17, 2003 Sounds like the Atkins bread I bought. I have one slice every couple of days, usually toasted... and it's good. I don't know about you, but when my body goes crazy for something... like it used to, I cut that item out of my diet completely. At least for me, that usually means it has just enough sugar or starch to set me off on a binge, or in other words, a glucose/insulin cycle... meaning constant hunger, moodiness, foggy thinking, fatigue, etc. Anyway, that's what I would do.
