Guest guest
Can anyone point me in the right direction on this. My girlfriend and I were discussing this last night and she said that she believed that if you introduce something a little at a time that it would increase your likelihood of being able to tolerate it. I think that we introduce little and slowly so that if you don't tolerate it then you won't have a massive reaction to it and that it wouldn't matter how slowly you did it, you'd not tolerate it at any level (not discounting the possibility that you could try again when more healing had taken place). Is one of these ideas correct or should is this a case of the ole SCD mantra 'different strokes for different folks'.
