Researching Seeing Surgeon in September

I just wanted to introduce myself and thank everyone you guys have

helped me make my decision without even knowing it. My Cardiologist

suggested the surgery because of my family hisory, and I am set up to

see a surgeon for consult in Sept. so I have been doing alot of

research and I came upon this web site and it has been very helpful.

It's very hard to discuss such personal feelings with people who

don't have a weight problem and to read your journals and realize

other people are going thru the same thing and there is something

that can be done is very helpful. I just wish I could have gotten an

appointment before September, now that I know it will probably be

another 6 months or so after that before the actual surgury. I guess

I'm looking a this time next year before I even get the surgery done

by the timeline of everyones journals from the original consults to

the actual surgerys.
