incision PAIN, PAIN, PAIN!

6.5 weeks post-op... my incision is still open and being irrigated

every day! it's still draining and the doctor says we cannot allow

it to close because the fluid will build up (again) and infect

(again) and explode (again).

i still have sharp pains around the incision (open RNY - incision

from my sternum to into my belly button).

my neck is killing me because i have been hunching over for 6 weeks

because it hurts my incision when i sit up straight or walk not

hunched over.

when will the pain stop? when will the wound stop draining???? i

suppose i should look at the bright side: my actual stomach is

fine.. i haven't trown up at all... and i am going potty... but the

incision thing has really been a nightmare.
