Hello

You can find information on the issues you have indicated here, on my

site, just go to the " parent info " page, and look at my index at the

top.

http://home.pacbell.net/cscomp/dmain.htm

I have a vaccine section, a diet section and immediately after that I

have an online food and recipe section, and many other sections if

you would like to look.

You are also free to send me email if you would like. I have four

children, and gfcf is required for three of them. Plus I am also

AS/autistic and I am about 95% gfcf, so I can give you some

perspective on your sister because she is older than many kids on this

list, altho not all.

You can also go to www.gfcfdiet.com and request the " getting started "

kit. Or post your questions here on this list. Whatever you believe

is appropriate.

Good luck to you.

I think that is a great idea. I've been doing this diet for 18

months and have helped some families here locally, but this wasn't

really available to me when I started. This group was my lifeline

although I mostly just read in the beginning. I would volunteer to

help anyone who needed support. Count me in!
