Bread!!!

I have a question. I am a bread-a-holic. As hard as I try, I still

crave the stuff!! I found something new and I want your advice if it

is an acceptable bread, or if I sould leave it alone all together.

It's by nature's own and it's called reduced carbohydrate bread.

Here's the stats.....calories 60, Fat 1g,sodium 105mg, carbs 7g,

sugar 0g, protein 6g. I am 1 year 6 mos post op, but am terrified of

gaining any weight back. I've lost 145#, and could stand to shed 20

more. This bread thing is driving me crazy!!! I realize some of it

is mental cravings, but I feel like my body really wants the

stuff!!! Any advice is GREATLY appreciated!!! I read the post's

all the time, ya'll are wonderful!!!! Pam
