Anyone with a similar experience?

Hi All:

I was just informed today by my surgeon's office that my surgery may

be

delayed a few months longer because there is a possibility that my OD

may be able to move a few teeth a little more to make surgery a

little

bit easier. My problem is that at work I am presently training an

employee to fill in for me during my surgery and will be moving to

Tennessee on July 1st. My surgery was supposed to be in April or

early

May. Once he leaves I will not have anyone to cover me for my

surgery

leave. Has anyone ran into this problem and had the surgeon decide

to

go ahead with the surgery because of these circumstances? I am

hopeful

that this will be the case because I am not sure if my supervisor

will

approve to bring in someone a second time and pay for them to be

trained to cover me for my surgery. I have now been in braces for 26

months along with wearing braces for 3 years when I was younger.
