Guest guest
LDN is definitely worth a shot, but it doesn't provide the endorphin boost to everyone, unfortunately. I was really hopeful that it would be my answer to fatigue, but nada. I don't think I'm yeasty (spit test is good, no more itchy rashes, rotating anti-fungals), so either LDN just doesn't work for me, or there's something else wrong with my body. It's worth trying though, just in case it might help you out. Holly Crohn's SCD 12/01/08 > > > What have people done for endorphines when they can't exercise?
