I think if you get yourself well prepared and know what lies ahead it much easier. I going to see my OS on Tuesday and hopefully he will advise my next step. At the moment i can only drink fluids like hot chocolate (my favorite). I must say also that my biggest worry that I had was when I woke from surgery but I had no pain at all. They didnt but on the bands either until the next day.
