Curious About Calories

Hello All,

I am very new to all of this and just trying to understand how people manage

this lifestyle change. I am addicted to calorie counting when I eat and feel out

of control if I don't do so. How many calories should be consumed in a day on

this diet? Are people on SCD even concerned about this?

While I have chosen to change what I eat, I still want to make sure I don't eat

to much of it.
