Fun with libel, and an update

Hi everyone,

I'm six weeks post op and feeling back to normal (lower, genio).

still a bit of numbness in my chin but it doesn't bother me at

all...eating pretty much normally, i'm a happy camper and definitely

glad i did it.

Katja--the hearing finally happened and it went well. It was a good

first shot, it was nice to be in the courtroom and all. Seeing the

parties in person fueled the flames and made me more excited to get up

and argue...

The libel conversation has been pretty interesting. I'll bet the

standards for libel are probably higher than just posting osmething on

a message board, but i could be wrong. I'm not a lawyer (yet). That

said, it's probably not a good idea to rely on this message board (or

any message board) for legal advice. when in doubt, talk to a real

lawyer, or do some snooping around on the internet to learn more about

whatever legal matter you're concerned about.
