, you're absolutely right about the o-rings being the part that

stains and I am an avid changer of them as well. I actually got my OD

to put the wires twisted around my brackets for over Xmas when I went

home and knew that I would be eating lots of pasta with tomatoe

sauce, another killer stainer! For some reason my OD however seems to

prefer the o-rings and has switched me back to them. Oh well. I think

by the time we all finish with this process we'll all be something of

an expert, at least on the part regarding " how to live with braces

and survive " :-)
