Hi!

It's nice to talk about things that are not related to jaws once in

a while! I don't know if this will be of much help but my mum and

dad took me to Scotland when I was really young and I remember going

to Fort , Inverness and trying to walk up Ben Nevis and

having to come back down cos the gorse bushes were scratching my

legs... It rained a lot in Fort . We went to Loch Ness to try

to spot the monster too. My parents still don't believe that i saw

it - they reckon it was just a sand dune or something... ;)

I'm sure your friend will have a fantastic time wherever she ends up

going.

I'll be going to Edinburgh for a friend's wedding in August, but

until then I can't give any other tips for places to see.

Bye for now

Thanks, ...

I will tell my pal to watch out for the gorse, lest she scratch up

her bits and pieces!!

I'm finding neat cottages, etc., up in the highlands, when I look on

the web. (Oooh! I haven't been invited. Don't have the $$$. But I

wanna go!!! Isn't it incredible where we can go through these little

screens??

I've been to Edinburgh once -- adored it, and brought back some

lovely little Nessies filled with lovely little doses of Scotch

whiskey. Or do they make it whisky? Anyhow, my one adventure there

was just splendid.

Well... Bon Voyage to your friend :) Scotland is on my list of places to visit,

at some point, before retirement :)
