Guest guest
" Is this really all it takes for the doctor to know what he's going to do? " Maybe. But the point you should make, I think, is that it's not all it takes for you to get your questions answered. I would want an appointment just for asking my questions. (I would also be prepared to pay him whatever the going rate is for such an appointment.) And I would send the questions to the doc in adance, before the appointment, so he/she can know what you're worried about, and prepare to address your worries. best, c. > > I'd like to know for those of you who've had surgery how many times > you met with your orthognathic surgeon before the surgery. Guest guest
I saw my surgeon 3 times before going in the clinic. Each time I went I took all my x-rays and stuff and he never kept any of it, not even at the last visit. I think that a lot of the operation depends on the condition of your bones and he can't tell what they're like until he's actually doing the surgery. I hope this reassures you! > > I'd like to know for those of you who've had surgery how many times > you met with your orthognathic surgeon before the surgery.
