Guest guest
Sorry it has take awhile to reply. Ross takes an EFA that we get from Kirkman's lab, it is EFA plus I believe. It is in powdered form. He get 1tsp twice a day. I am not sure about the oils. His legs always had tiny little bumps on them, and now they are gone. His legs are very smooth. He also started talking alot more. I am not sure if it is from the EFA's or not, but they say that EFA's can help them talk more. I am not sure about the help w/the immune system. I take them also in gelcap form. I have highly sensitive legs that itch like crazy when I get out of the shower, ever since I started taking them, I don't itch as much or as often. I love them. Hope this helps some.
