Guest guest Posted June 29, 2003 Report Share Posted June 29, 2003 I joined in on the protein feast Saturday morning. Everything went well yesterday. This afternoon I was a little tired (not enough sleep last night). Had several bites of roast chicken instead of a protein drink at 4 pm. Plan to have another drink before bed and actually go to bed early. I haven't weighed myself. I hope I don't until Tuesday. Tomorrow I work so in addition to all the protein drinks I plan to have one hardboiled egg for lunch. I have aerobics tomorrow evening too. Anyone who has done this before - how are you on the 3rd day. Will I have the energy to go to aerobics.
