Did yours get any better after your weightloss>>>>> Shirley, Yes, it is scary when the bone gets caught on the tendon as the knee seems to just freeze in that position for some time and its too painful to move at all...one false move can send you into hysterics! After surgery it got better for awhile then came back with a vengence so I think I will eventually end up getting knee replacement surgery someday. Im trying glucosamine sulfate and it seems to really give me alot of relief so will hold off surgery as long as I can. Never heard of a bone spur on the knee!
