Guest guest
Two years ago today I had my surgery. My life has changed so much since then. I've lost about 140lbs. I seem to be at a standstill right now. I would like to loose another 10-20lbs., but if I don't I really can't complain much. I notice over the last couple of weeks that I had been eating more calories then I realized and have cut back. I have also been more diligent in my exercise and the scales started to drop again this week. I'm working hard to take off more weight in the next four weeks as I will be attending my 25th Class Reunion. I was always heavy since about 5th grade so it will be fun to watch all the people at the reunion try to figure out who I am. I'm no longer diabetic since my weight loss and most days have more energy than I can remember. My husband joined the gym with me after my surgery and he has lost about 35-40lbs. We both lift weights three times a week and I do aerobics four-five days a week. Marla SW: 290lbs.+ CW: 150lbs.+/- GW: 130-140lbs.
